Adding or deleting a signature image within your quotes or estimates

In order to save more time, Tolteck allows you to add or eliminate, with a single click, an image with your signature on your quotes .

This step by step article will show you how to add or eliminate an image, with your signature, on your Tolteck quotes or estimates.

Steps to follow in order to add a signature image within the signature box of your quotes:

Step 1: Open up a quote and then click on the green button "Edit"

Step 2: Click on the signature box (bottom right) and then click on "Manage my signatures"


Step 3: Choose one of the signature images, within the "My Signatures" part in order to add it on the document:

Note: For futures quotes, you'll only need to click on the signature box in order to choose an image and add it on the document.

Step 4 (in case you don't have any saved images): draw your signature or upload an image from your computer:

Step 5:

A. If you chose to draw a signature, you'll only have to click on the "Use" button under the drawing box in order to add the signature on your quote

B. If you chose to upload an image from your computer, it will automatically be added on your quote

Note: If you don't have an image to upload your signature, you can check our article on how to create a signature image.


Steps to follow in order to eliminate a signature image within the signature box of your quotes:

Step 1: Open up a quote and then click on the green button "Edit"

Step 2: Click on the signature box (bottom right) and then click on "Remove Signature"

Step 3: If you want to add another signature, click on the button "Manage my signatures"
