In this article you'll find different options to create an image with your signature in order to add it within your Tolteck quotes or estimates.

Note: If you already have a signature image, but don't know how to add it to your quotes, please click on here.

For this option, these are the steps:

1 - Open up a quote

2 - Click on the green button "Edit"

3 - Click on the signature box corresponding to yours (bottom right)

4 - Click on "Upload a Signature"

5 - With your mouse or phone screen, you can draw your signature on the following box:

6 - Click on "Use" in order to add the signature

For this option, these are the steps:

1 - Draw your firm on a white paper

2 - Scan that paper either with a scanner or the help of an app (ex. CamScanner)

3 - Upload the scanned image on SmallSEOTools website

4 - On SmallSEOTools' webpage, adjust the edges around the signature

5 - Click on "Crop Image" and then on "Download"

For this option, these are the steps:

1 - Draw your firm on a white paper

2 - Take a picture of the firm with a mobile phone

3 A - Send the picture to your email address in order to download it after and add it on your Tolteck's account

3 B - From your phone, log into your Tolteck's account, click on "Upload a Signature" and then choose the picture.

Note: Depending on the quality of the picture, this might not be the best option to add your signature. We highly advise that if you choose to do this, you should first test it by printing the quote once the signature has been uploaded. If for quality reasons this option doesn't convince you, we recommend you follow Option 1 or Option 2 steps.
