How to Create a Progress Invoice

Tolteck allows you to create a progress invoice in just 1-click! Learn how in 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Open the quote you would like to convert to a progress invoice

You can easily search your quotes in the Quotes & Invoices tab

Step 2: Select "Create a progress invoice" from the Actions drop down menu. 

Step 3: Specify the % or amount due in the box provided and click "Confirm"

This will create your progress invoice! 

How to apply a deposit or progress invoice to a final invoice

You can easily apply a deposit or progress invoice to the final invoice. Simply follow these simple steps!

Step 1: Create a Final Invoice by opening the original quote and selecting "Create a final invoice" from the Action drop down menu

Step 2: At the bottom of your Final Invoice, click on "deduct another invoice" 

Step 3: Select the invoice to be deducted from the total amount due

This will deduct the progress invoice from your Final Invoice. Don't forget to save your changes!
