Creating a Final Invoice

The final invoice allows you to close the project and settle all outstanding matters with your client.

To create a final invoice, it's very simple, you just need to follow these steps:

  • Go to your quote.

  • Click on "Actions"

  • Select "Create a Final Invoice"

  • On the new page, click "Confirm"

Your final invoice will be generated automatically, and you just need to send it to your client 👍

Note: If you had issued a deposit invoice and/or a progress invoice for the same project, you can deduct these invoices as follows:

  • Click on "subtract another invoice."

  • Select the invoice(s) you want to deduct.
