Changing the name displayed on the signature line of your future quotes and invoices is simple! Simply follow the steps below. 

Note: The new name on the signature will only apply to future quotes and invoices. The change will not be applied to the current quote/invoice for legal purposes.

Step 1: Go to your “My Company” settings in your Tolteck account

 Step 2: Click on the “Quotes & Invoices” tab in your My Company settings

Step 3: Enter the name you wish to appear on the signature line of your quotes and invoices in the “Name displayed in signature” box. 

Step 4: Now your updated signature is good to go – but don’t forget to Save your changes!
