Two-Factor Authentication and One-Time Codes

To better protect the sensitive information in your Tolteck account, we are gradually implementing two-factor authentication.

How does it work?

To log in to your Tolteck account, in addition to your email address and password, you must enter a one-time code. This 6-digit code is sent to the email address associated with your Tolteck account.


How to prepare?

It is essential that you can access the email address associated with your Tolteck account to retrieve the one-time code and use it to log in. Otherwise, you may become locked out and unable to access your account.

We recommend updating your Tolteck email address if you believe the current one is unsuitable or at risk of becoming inaccessible in the future.


How to update the email address for your Tolteck account if the current one is no longer valid?

Instructions for updating or modifying your email address are available on this page. Here are the key steps:

  1. Log in to your Tolteck account, click on your profile (top right), and select "My Information".

  2. Click on "Add" in the "Email Address" section.

  3. Enter the new email address you wish to use in the "Email Address" field.

💡 You will still be able to log in with the email address used when creating your Tolteck account. If needed, we recommend deleting this address via the user management menu to keep your account clean and secure.


How to update your email address if you can no longer access the current one?

If you are unable to log in because you no longer have access to the initial email address, follow these steps to register a new one:

  1. Attempt to log in to your Tolteck account with your initial email and password.

  2. Click on "Receive a code by email".

  3. Select "I no longer have access to this email...".

  4. Click "Delete (the email address) and add a new email address".

  5. Enter the new email address you wish to use and click "Continue".

  6. Click "I am ready to receive the invitation email..." and then "Send now".

  7. Check your email (sender: no-reply@tolteck.com). If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

  8. Click the link in the email to associate the new address with your account.

  9. Enter your details, select a password, and click "Create My Account".

  10. Click "Accept and Join the Company".


What to do if you want to log out without entering the code on your next login?

If you need to log out (e.g., you manage multiple companies with Tolteck) but do not want to enter the code each time, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of your Tolteck account.

  2. Close the browser tab if you do not intend to use Tolteck immediately.

  3. Click on "Log in" if you need to access another account.


Our recommendations:

Even after updating your email address, you will still be able to log in with the original address used when creating your Tolteck account. To maintain your account’s security, we recommend regularly deleting unused email addresses from the user management menu.
